So, I finally got a blog. It’s not that I don’t enjoy reading blogs. I have several that I visit almost daily. It’s just that I never, ever envisioned myself having one. I think I have long categorized blogs as something for the insecure and friend-hungry. “Looky—I don’t have any friends and I really want someone to know me, so here’s my life, plastered all over this page for anyone to see!”
However, after finding some blogs that I really, really liked that didn’t have the feel of online diaries, I decided that I would take the plunge. Hello, Heidi. Welcome to 2003.
